The Ger/BB/1909A design is another good one
The Ger/BB/1909A design actually outperformed what I had calculated back in the the early 1970's. I was able to have about the same displacement and still have a 14in armor basis, with 25 knot speed. The armament is 9-12in guns in triple turrets: two forward and one aft. The secondary armament is too light, but what I had though adequate at the time: 8-6in QF. Too boot, it is a good seaboat.
