Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
91,222 lbs / 41,378 Kg = 22.8 x 20.0 " / 508 mm shells or 11.5 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.19
Metacentric height 8.2 ft / 2.5 m
Roll period: 16.4 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 56 %

Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.12
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.722
Length to Beam Ratio: 8.93 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 31.62 kts

My alternate 20in-gunned ship
This is my idea of what the 20in-gunned battlecruiser laid down in 1916 should have been like. The ship is still 1,000ft long and armed with 6-20in guns. I was able to achieve a speed of 31 knots by increasing the beam, draft, and displacement. I kept the armouring plan of the Incomparable, with a 10in belt and 4in deck. This is the Springsharp report:
