Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
759 lbs / 344 Kg = 9.1 x 5.5 " / 140 mm shells or 0.4 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.24
Metacentric height 2.0 ft / 0.6 m
Roll period: 12.4 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 61 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.54
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.23
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak,
a normal bow and a round stern
Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.408 / 0.418
Length to Beam Ratio: 10.36 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 20.86 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 65 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 9.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 4.00 ft / 1.22 m
Freeboard (% = length of deck as a percentage of waterline length):
Fore end, Aft end

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 184.4 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 133.4 %
Waterplane Area: 11,300 Square feet or 1,050 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 73 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 41 lbs/sq ft or 200 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.46
- Longitudinal: 1.95
- Overall: 0.53
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily

I was able to make a "super destroyer" work in Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta
This is not as "super" as I would like, but the design still qualifies. This is a 35.5 knot ship, armed with 5-5in/50 QF guns and 8-21in TT. I would have liked a higher speed, but this was what was feasible within the parameters that I used:
