The It/CL/1939 design: another attempt
After some relative success with very fast ships, I thought that I might try an Italian light cruiser that resembles the Capitani Romani type. The ship has 8-5.3in/45 QF and 8-37mm/54 AA guns. There are also 8-21in TT. The speed that I could attain is just 39 knots. The range is 4200 nm at 15 knots. I wanted to do it without resorting to a deep draft, which is "cheating".
