Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
594 lbs / 269 Kg = 9.5 x 5.0 " / 127 mm shells or 0.3 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.34
Metacentric height 2.1 ft / 0.6 m
Roll period: 11.5 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 51 %

Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.02
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak,
a normal bow and a round stern
Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.376 / 0.388
Length to Beam Ratio: 9.75 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 19.75 kts

- Average freeboard: 16.44 ft / 5.01 m
Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 176.0 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 124.9 %
Waterplane Area: 9,498 Square feet or 882 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 73 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 36 lbs/sq ft or 178 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.45
- Longitudinal: 1.58
- Overall: 0.51
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent

An alternative Ger/DL/1915 design
I had another Ger/DL/1915 design study that took a different approach. The ship is much longer, and because of that, is able to make 35 knots. The armament is changed in flavor to favor torpedoes: 4-5in QF guns and 6-23.6in TT with reloads. The look is very German, with twin funnels and caps. This is the Springsharp report:
