The Ger/DD/1914 design
It is sort of marginal, but the Ger/DD/1914 design does work in Springsharp. It will work with heavier machinery than I am using, but I thought that such a small ship needed very lightweight machinery. I suspect that with a real ship, that less power would be required. I had originally estimated that 18,000 SHP would do the job, based on example ships. The desired displacement was 900 tons and the dimensions were 265ft x 27ft. The armament was 2-4in QF guns and 6-21in TT with 20 mines. The speed was 32 knots with a bunkerage of 200 tons. This is the Springsharp report:
