I can't make the Capitani Romani class work in Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta
I apparently cannot make the machinery sufficiently light enough to make the Italian Capitani Romani class ships work in Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta (the Attilio Regolo, in particular). I was able to reduce the performance sufficiently, that I could make a workable Springsharp design, but the result is a hollow victory:
