The US/CL/1923 design
The US/CL/1923 design is able to make 36 knots and has a 4in armour basis. The armament remains the same as the 1921 version. The draft is too deep at 23ft. The length and beam are also greater at 595ft (WL) x 58ft x 23ft. The normal displacement is 11,600 tons. This is the Springsharp report:
