The Ger/BB/1916 large battleship
I have this specification and sketch of a very large German battleship with 10-21in and 24-5in guns. The speed is specified as 20 knots with 85,000 SHP. I had specified 5,000 tons of fuel oil. I tried to get the power and fuel of the original specification. I probably have too much protection, as the original had 36,884 tons of protection. The ship is short and wide at 1:6 beam to length. The Springsharp report can make more than 20 knots on the power, even with a greater displacement that is needed for adequate hull strength. This is the Springsharp report:
