The GB/CA/1906 design
I am not sure why this ship now works so well, but it does. This is the alternative to the armoured cruisers actually built. The armament is 16-9.2in/50 and 16-4in QF guns. The armour basis is 6in, with a 2in deck. The speed is 25.5 knots. The ship is powered by steam turbines and the boilers are coal-fired. The photograph is of one of these ships.
