The reason that we would have 19.75in guns is that if we were metric-oriented, we would prefer 50cm guns over 20in guns. Let's do a few "back of the envelope calculations":
- Weight of piece (19.75in/45): 210 tons
- AP Shot weight: 4175 lbs
- Muzzle velocity: 2640ft/sec
