The Ger/BB/1916 design study

I have a specification for a design study of a German battleship, circa 1916, with 9-16.5in guns. The guns are 130 tons and fire a 2,480 lbs shot at 2,800 ft/sec. The ship is 755ft x 110ft x 32ft. The ship has a 120,000 SHP power plant. According to Springsharp, that will drive the ship at 27 knots, which is at the lower end of a fast battleship speed. I went with 16in armour basis, as there seemed to be excess capacity in the design. This is the weight specification:
