The Ger/DD/1911 destroyer design: circa September 2001
I have a pencil drawing of a very German-looking version of the Ger/DD/1911 destroyer design. This is a compact destroyer with a very short forecastle and a well deck with a torpedo tube on each side. The dimensions are veryb modest: 240ft x 26ft x 10ft. The speed is my standard 32 knots and the armament is 2-4in QF guns and 4-21in TT. This is the Springsharp report:
