An anchronistic Southampton light cruiser

In 1999, I drew a "not to scale", freehand anachronistic version of the British light cruiser Southampton. This was the original drawing:

I thought that would make a good candidate for a Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta design. This is the Springsharp report:
