Another attempt at the Ger/DL/1915 design

Since I was rather disappointed with yesterday's design for the Ger/DL/1915, I thought that I would see if I could do better. One thing that I corrected was that the ship was to be built in 1915, while the machinery was 1950, to get the lighter weight machinery that was required. I increased the beam to 33ft and the speed could be increased to 34 knots. I did raise the freeboard by a foot to make obtaining adequate seakeeping easier. This is the revised Springsharp report:
Ger/DL/1915, Germany Destroyer Leader laid down 1915 (Engine 1950)

Displacement:
 1,370 t light; 1,430 t standard; 1,636 t normal; 1,801 t full load
