This is a 40 knot ship designed to run down lesser ships and put two quick 12in rounds into them. It can outrun anything that could outfight it. It does have a substantial secondary armament of 6in QF guns. The protection is intended to allow it to fight cruisers successfully. I was able to provide a 1in torpedo bulkhead that was not feasible with Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta, or it seemed like it was not, at least. This is the Springsharp report:
