Another fast minelayer

The next size up in the family of fast minelayer specifications was 435ft long. That is large enough that I am classifying it as a cruiser minelayer. I originally was going to call the design a destroyer. I optimistically hoped for 50 knots, but that is way beyond reach. This design has 3-5in guns and carries 160 mines. The speed is 39.5 knots. This is the Springsharp report:
Ger/CM/1914, Germany Cruiser Minelayer laid down 1914 (Engine 1950)

  - Longitudinal: 2.24
  - Overall: 0.52
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
