A French Mogami class: the F/CL/1941
The F/CL/1941 is aided by technology improvements, as the main armament is now 15-6.1in QF guns mounted in five triple turrets. The heavy AA armament is 16-100mm AA guns. The speed is still 35 knots, and the displacement only had to grow to 13,000 tons, normal. The standard displacement is only 11,981 tons, so a lot is done without a huge displacement.
