I don't understand what is happening with this ship

Page 2 of the Red book has a fast battleship, clearly meant to be British. The specs provides are as follows:
Displacement=29,000 tons
Length=620ft
Beam=   95ft
Draft=  30.2ft

Cp=0.59
Cm=0.97

Armament=6-13.5in

Total     =  29,000 tons

Machinery =  10,496 tons
Hull=        12,180 tons
Armament=     1,104 tons
Miscellaneous=2,320 tons
The sketch shows a two-funneled ship with two turrets forward and one aft. There is no mention of a secondary armament. I took liberties to provide a secondary armament, armour, and an AA armament. This is the resulting Springsharp report:
