An anachronistic Warrior design
The anachronistic Warrior design is even more of a challenge than the Black Prince, because the Warrior has 6-7in guns mounted in superfiring position in two triple turrets. The beam is a more realistic 58.33ft, which makes the stability and recoil issues even more critical. The armament is 4-8in/45 BLR, 14-7in BLR, and 4-4in QF guns. The armour basis is still 4.5in with a 2in deck. The freeboard and maximum speed are lower than the Black Prince design, due to the recoil issue, particularly. Back when I drew the drawing and wrote the specs, I designated the Warrior "BB-1". This is the Springsharp report:
