This hardly seems super fast, but it is a 37 knot cruiser
I wanted to see how fast a fairly well-protected cruiser could be. This one is a 37 knot light cruiser that has only 9-6in/55 QF, 6-4.7in AA, and 16-2pdr AA guns. The design does have a torpedo bulkhead and a 2in deck. This is the Springsharp report:
