The Ger/DD/1915 is one of the last designs in the "Blue Book" from the early 1970's. This is the original specification:
Ger/DD/1915

800 tons 20,000 SHP at 45 SHP/ton

240ft x 26ft Depth = 20ft
Cp = 0.58   Cm = 0.80

Weights:
Armament 20 tons
Machinery 444 tons
Hull 272 tons
Miscellaneous 64 tons
Oil fuel 200 tons
Feedwater 50 tons Full load 1050 tons

2-4in guns (1.7 ton) and 4-21in TT 20 mines on deck

This is the Springsharp report for what I was actually able to implement:

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   216 lbs / 98 Kg = 6.8 x 4.0 " / 102 mm shells or 0.2 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.15
 Metacentric height 0.9 ft / 0.3 m
 Roll period: 11.8 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 50 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.27
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.01

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has raised forecastle,
a normal bow and a cruiser stern
 Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.395 / 0.406
 Length to Beam Ratio: 9.23 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 15.49 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 74 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
