The US/CA/1921 is not very imaginative
The US/CA/1921 is a not very imaginative improvement over the 1918 design. This has the 10-8in guns like the Pensacola, but with the twin turrets in the superfiring position. The hull also has the usual long, raised forecastle. The torpedo armament is increased to 8-21in TT and the speed is raised to 33 knots. This is the Springsharp report:
