The US/CA/1923 design
The US/CA/1923 design is mainly distinguished by having 12-8in guns, as was planned at one point, post 1918, in the US. The speed is still 33 knots and the range 10,000nm. The power plant is about 35 SHP/ton of machinery, which is still pretty conservative. This is the Springsharp report:
