The GB/CB/1914 Fast design works

I was pleasantly surprised that with lightweight machinery, the GB/CB/1914 Fast design works, as specified. The only exception is that to reach 38 knots, much greater power is required. That means that the machinery must be compact and light, necessitating using 1927 machinery (the only way to get lighter machinery in Springsharp). The ship has 4-13.5in/45 BLR and 16-4in QF guns. The armour basis is 6in with a 2in deck. This is the Springsharp report:
