My Ger/CB/1912 design

I tried this design for a German battlecruiser to be laid down in 1912. This is a "modified" German design, as I use English measurements, rather than metric, as I think in English. This is a 27 knot ship with coal-fired boilers and 8-13.4in/45 BLR and 14-6in/45 QF guns. Unlike the Mackensen class, this is a flush-decked design. I very nearly had this correct as entered, as I only had to tweak it to have an acceptable Springsharp design:

Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.17
 Metacentric height 6.2 ft / 1.9 m
 Roll period: 16.0 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 67 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.54
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.35

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has a flush deck,
a normal bow and a cruiser stern
 Block coefficient (normal/deep): 0.546 / 0.555
