Something is wrong with my GB/CA/1906 design

I am getting an error in Springsharp 3.0b1 Beta that I do not know how to fix. I can make the GB/CA/1906 design work, in some sense, in Springsharp, but the power required is much to great and the displacement to obtain adequate strength is too great, compared to known designs. This is my photo of a ship of this class:

I am disappointed that there is such a major malfunction. This is the Springsharp report:
