An extreme version of the GB/CB/1905 design

This is extreme, as it uses high power output machinery (38.7 SHP/ton). The ship is faster and better protected, thanks to having lighter-weight machinery. I left the dimensions and armament as originally conceived by my friend Cliff, in 1971, so it still has 4-12in BLR and 9-6in QF. I was able to increase the armor belt to the 6in that David K. Brown had recommended to me. I also incorporated heavier barbette and turret armor, more like what I had hoped for in my 1973 recalculations. Here is the report, showing what can be done with Springsharp:

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
	  33,665 lbs / 15,270 Kg = 39.0 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 4.4 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.12
	Metacentric height 4.9 ft / 1.5 m
	Roll period: 16.2 seconds
	Steadiness	- As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 56 %
			- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.42
	Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.13

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
	Block coefficient: 0.529
	Length to Beam Ratio: 9.06 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 27.75 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 58 %
