A Vanguard-like ship, the GB/BB/1923

This is out of place in time, but the GB/BB/1923 was intended to be a Vanguard-like ship. I am just guessing about the designation, as there is not one included on the page. The page does have a complete weight breakdown and specifies 40 SHP/ton machinery. The specified power was 137,000 SHP, although this was expected to deliver 32 knots, it is only good for 30 knots. The armament is 8-15 BLR and 16-5in QF guns. Typical of this design series, there is no AA armament. The ship ended up with a greater displacement, necessary to achieve adequate strength. This was the original weight specification:
Aux. Mach.=  1,600 tons
Hull      = 11,750 tons
Machinery =  3,430 tons
Armament  =  2,280 tons
Protection= 19,120 tons
Misc.     =  3,320 tons
I greatly underestimated the needed hull strength, according to Springsharp. As my original Standard displacement was 43,000 tons, I was not so far off as I had expected. This is the Springsharp report:
