The 12in-gunned cruiser killer: GB/CB/1921
The next natural step seemed to be to have a 12in-gunned version of the cruiser killer. This version has a 7in belt and 4in deck. The turret faces and barbettes are 9in, as is the conning tower. The armament is unchanged from the 10in-gunned version, except for the main armament caliber. This is the Springsharp report:
