With a few modifications, the "cruiser killer" can make 35 knots
I decided to see if I could modify the last design to reach 35 knots. The WL length was increased to 814ft and the beam to 88ft. The new draft is 27 ft. The armament and armour are essentially unchanged. I like the fact that the roll period is a nice and long 16.4 seconds. The belt is still 7in and the deck is still 4in. That provides adequate protection for what this ship would need to worry about. I would hope that is someone sees a problem, they would let me know so that I can correct whatever it might be.
