A larger Italian light cruiser: the It/CL/1931

My It/CL/1931 light cruiser is mainly better protected than the 1928 model. That means that the ship is much larger for only a modestly better armament. My judgment is still that Springsharp wants too much power for the size of the ship. I still wanted 35 knots, although I would have liked a higher speed than that. This ship has a more complete AA armament and 8-21in TT. This is the Springsharp report:
