The GB/CB/1921 "Fast" battlecruiser
I made an attempt to design a fast battlecruiser with 9-14in and 16-5.5in QF guns. The armour basis is 10in, and is armoured on the "all or nothing" principle, although the belt is not of uniform thickness. This is a flush-decked ship with a flared bow. The main armament is in triple turrets and the secondary armament is in twin turrets. This is the Springsharp report:
