A "Super Ship" except for main armament: GB/CB/1905 Mod 1

I was curious to see what might be done with my friend Cliff's concept for the GB/CB/1905 battlecruiser. I wanted to retain the high speed and basic layout, while correcting the light protection and the weak secondary armament. The result is the GB/CB/1905 Mod. 1, which has 4-12in/45 BLR, 12-6in/50 QF, 12in armor basis, and a 33 knot maximum speed. What makes it possible is to allow the displacement to float up and to use high power output machinery. I also increased the beam to 95 ft, was that solves many problems.
