Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
30,680 lbs / 13,916 Kg = 24.9 x 13.5 " / 343 mm shells or 5.0 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.03
Metacentric height 4.4 ft / 1.3 m
Roll period: 17.7 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 49 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.98
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.47
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.557
Length to Beam Ratio: 6.11 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 23.27 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 48 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 33
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 1.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 25.26 ft / 7.70 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 25.26 ft / 7.70 m
- Mid (67 %): 26.25 ft / 8.00 m (16.40 ft / 5.00 m aft of break)

Ship tends to be wet forward
Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 93.1 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 168.8 %
Waterplane Area: 33,702 Square feet or 3,131 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 110 %

There is an interesting page about Dutch battleships considered prior to WWI
While I was looking to see if I could find anything about the Dutch navy during 1890-1910, I found this page, which tells about the ships that the Dutch considered building. The idea was to replace the older coast defense battleships with more potent designs. The page is titled: Road to Strength: Battleshipplan 1912. There is data and drawings. The Dreadnought-style design from Krupp-Germania (Project 743) is particularly interesting. The ship was to carry 8-13.5in and 12-5.9in guns. The speed was 22 knots. The displacement was to be 21,300 tons. The belt was a maximum of 250mm. There is only the drawing and no dimensions, but tried to estimate the size. This is a Springsharp report for what I tried:
