The GB/CA/1937 design
The main goal for the GB/CA/1937 design was to increase the maximum speed to 36 knots. The only other increase was to the secondary armament, which is now 16-4.7in DP guns. The ship is large enough where 8in guns are almost too small. This is the Springsharp report:
