The GB/DD/1931 design

I almost would say that this design is "underperforming", in that while it is good, perhaps the speed could be higher. The armament is increased to 8-4.7in QF, 1-4in AA, 12-2pdr AA, with 10-21in TT. The maximum speed is still 37 knots and the range is 5,000nm at just 12 knots. This is the Springsharp report:
