How about a Super Lion with 30 SHP/ton machinery?

I thought it would interesting to try Admiral Fisher's concept ship, the Super Lion, with 30 SHP/ton machinery. To keep the size down (it is still large), I settled for an 8in belt. The armament is the usual 10-15/42 with 14-6in QF guns and 2-4in AA guns. The speed is the specified 30 knots. With light weight machinery, the ship is fairly interesting. I had started with the lightest weight machinery possible (about 42 SHP/ton) and then derated it to reach the 30 SHP/ton. This is the Springsharp report:
