The J/DD/1918 design
The J/DD/1918 design doesn't seem to have a lot to commend it. The armament is unimproved over its predecessor, except that the light AA armament is now 8-57mm. The speed is now 34 knots, which was expensive, and the range is 3,750nm at 15 knots. For a 1918 ship, I was not willing to pay more in size to achieve a better design.
