A 33,710 ton Super Lion

In the Blue Book, I have specifications for two different versions of the Super Lion concept. The smaller is a 750ft, 33,710 ton ship. I compromised on speed for a 29.5 knot top speed to stay within the size constraint:

 Miscellaneous weights: 0 tons, 0.0 %

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   44,274 lbs / 20,082 Kg = 26.2 x 15.0 " / 381 mm shells or 5.3 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.09
 Metacentric height 5.9 ft / 1.8 m
 Roll period: 17.3 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 59 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.95
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.19

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
 Block coefficient: 0.583
 Length to Beam Ratio: 7.50 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 27.39 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 52 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0.00 degrees
 Stern overhang: -2.00 ft / -0.61 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
    - Stem: 31.00 ft / 9.45 m
    - Forecastle (20 %): 28.00 ft / 8.53 m
    - Mid (72 %): 28.00 ft / 8.53 m (20.00 ft / 6.10 m aft of break)
