The second version of the Ger/BB/1909 design was trying to look more German. The only thing is that I grossly overestimated what it would take to implement the design that I specified. I decided to not increase the capabilities but to decrease the displacement to achieve what I had specified. This is the original specification:
Ger/BB/1909 12in/50 guns of 65 tons Standard Displacement=30,760 tons
6in QF guns of 8 tons Dimensions: 640ft x 105ft x 30ft

Weights:
Hull= 12,400 tons
Arm= 1,492.7 tons
Mach= 5,370 tons

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
50,820 lbs / 23,052 Kg = 58.8 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 8.6 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.15
Metacentric height 7.0 ft / 2.1 m
Roll period: 16.7 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 79 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.47
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.57
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.507
Length to Beam Ratio: 6.10 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 25.30 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 51 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 2.00 ft / 0.61 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 31.00 ft / 9.45 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 28.00 ft / 8.53 m
- Mid (67 %): 28.00 ft / 8.53 m (20.00 ft / 6.10 m aft of break)
