I believe that this was being considered as part of my German building program. The ships would probably have been built starting in 1908 or 1909. The armor basis was 13in and the speed was 24 knots. The armament was 9-12in/50 and 8-6in QF guns. UPDATE: This turns out to have been an early version of the Ger/BB/1909 design. This is a comparison of the weights:
