A GB/BB/1908 design study

This specification appears to be for a ship that was intended to give up speed and armament to achieve good protection. The hull is flush decked and there are two triple 12in turrets, one at either end. There is a complete belt, 14in amidships and 6in at the ends. The deck armour is 4in. The design has so much excess capacity that a speed of 26 knots can be achieved. This is the Springsharp report:

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   55,110 lbs / 24,997 Kg = 63.8 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 9.8 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.22
 Metacentric height 7.2 ft / 2.2 m
 Roll period: 15.6 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 63 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.31
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.26

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has a flush deck
 Block coefficient: 0.625
 Length to Beam Ratio: 6.20 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 24.90 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 54 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): -2.00 degrees
 Stern overhang: -2.00 ft / -0.61 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
    - Stem: 27.00 ft / 8.23 m
    - Forecastle (20 %): 24.00 ft / 7.32 m
    - Mid (67 %): 24.00 ft / 7.32 m
