What I am calling the GB/BB/1910 design had a displacement greater than was needed

When my friend Cliff conceived of what I am calling the GB/BB/1910 design, we allocated too much displacement for the ship, compared to the capabilities. The armour basis was 14in, with 5in of deck armour. The armament was very light, with only 9-12in guns, although these were supposed to be 50 cal. long. I believe that the planned speed was 25 knots, so the ship was fast and well-protected, but under-armed. This is the revised Springsharp report:
GB/BB/1910, Great Britain Battleship laid down 1910

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   63,389 lbs / 28,753 Kg = 73.4 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 6.2 torpedoes
