This is a ship based on a minimal specification from the Red Book. I used some creative license to fill in the gaps. This is what is on the page:

I hypothesized an armament of 8-12in BLR and 16-4in QF guns. I adjusted the armour basis to fit the available displacement, using the "all or nothing" armouring scheme. The design has a 9in armour basis and a 3in deck. The torpedo bulkhead is 2in. That seems to give adequate protection. My design actually uses a greater hull depth than the original specification.
