An expansive version of the Ger/BB/1907 design

My version of the Ger/BB/1907 design that is "pushing the envelople" must have dated from 1973. I was trying to get the most performance out of designs, while in 1971, I was keeping more to moderate speeds and machinery weight. This version depends very much on lightweight machinery:
Ger/BB/1907, Germany Battleship laid down 1907 (Engine 1937)

Displacement:
 24,922 t light; 25,800 t standard; 27,500 t normal; 28,860 t full load

Dimensions: Length overall / water x beam x draught
 620.00 ft / 620.00 ft x 105.00 ft x 26.00 ft (normal load)
 188.98 m / 188.98 m x 32.00 m x 7.92 m

Armament:
      8 - 12.00" / 305 mm guns (4x2 guns), 864.00lbs / 391.90kg shells, 1907 Model
Breech loading guns in turrets (on barbettes)
on centreline ends, evenly spread, 2 raised mounts - superfiring
      12 - 4.00" / 102 mm guns in single mounts, 32.00lbs / 14.51kg shells, 1907 Model
Quick firing guns in deck mounts with hoists
   on side, all amidships
Weight of broadside 7,296 lbs / 3,309 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 80

Armour:
   - Belts: Width (max) Length (avg) Height (avg)
 Main: 11.0" / 279 mm 360.00 ft / 109.73 m 16.00 ft / 4.88 m
 Ends: Unarmoured
Main Belt covers 89 % of normal length

   - Torpedo Bulkhead:
  2.00" / 51 mm 360.00 ft / 109.73 m 25.00 ft / 7.62 m

   - Gun armour: Face (max) Other gunhouse (avg) Barbette/hoist (max)
 Main: 11.0" / 279 mm 8.00" / 203 mm 11.0" / 279 mm
 2nd: 2.00" / 51 mm - -

   - Armour deck: 3.00" / 76 mm, Conning tower: 13.00" / 330 mm

Machinery:
 Oil fired boilers, steam turbines,
 Direct drive, 4 shafts, 138,274 shp / 103,152 Kw = 30.20 kts

    - Belts: 2,872 tons, 10.4 %
    - Torpedo bulkhead: 666 tons, 2.4 %
    - Armament: 2,438 tons, 8.9 %
    - Armour Deck: 2,566 tons, 9.3 %
    - Conning Tower: 255 tons, 0.9 %

 Miscellaneous weights: 0 tons, 0.0 %

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   49,807 lbs / 22,592 Kg = 57.6 x 12.0 " / 305 mm shells or 7.9 torpedoes

 Metacentric height 6.9 ft / 2.1 m
 Roll period: 16.8 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 51 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.38
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.02

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has a flush deck
 Block coefficient: 0.569
 Length to Beam Ratio: 5.90 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 24.90 kts
