The Ger/CDV/1915 design really works well in Springsharp, when I pay attention to the weights that I wanted in 1971 (or so). I am guessing that the guns were 6-15in, but the weights match so well that I am sure that it is correct. This design was trying to be the 1915 analog to the 1880's and 1890's coast defense battleships (or third class battleships). This is the specification from 1971:
Ger/CDV/1915 Cost = £ 1,540,000

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
24,443 lbs / 11,087 Kg = 14.5 x 15.0 " / 381 mm shells or 4.7 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.16
Metacentric height 5.6 ft / 1.7 m
Roll period: 15.9 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 54 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.49
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.08
Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.630
Length to Beam Ratio: 5.10 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 21.42 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 54 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 22.00 ft / 6.71 m
