I realize now that most of my old displacements were actually "standard", not "normal": Ger/BB/1905
A note in the "Red Book" clearly states that the Ger/BB/1905 displacement was 22,000 tons standard. I am sure that I have been treating that as the normal displacement. The dimensions are 580ft x 90ft x 26.6ft (normal) . The armament is 8-12in/45 and 12-4in QF guns. The lower belt is 10in and the upper belt is 7in. The ends are 4in, and the belt is not complete. The turrets, barbettes and CT are 11in. The nominal maximum speed is 23 knots. This is my Springsharp report:
