The Ger/BB/1916 design

I have this nice pencil drawing of the inboard profile of what is labelled as the Ger/BB/1916. I have attributed 20in guns to this ship in the past, and did so again. That gives the ship 9-20in/45 and 24-5in QF guns (in twin mounts). The length is rather short, being 760ft. The ship is flush-decked with two funnels. I did a Springsharp report based on what I believe to be the sort of specifications that I had intended:

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
   97,531 lbs / 44,239 Kg = 24.4 x 20.0 " / 508 mm shells or 16.8 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.09
 Metacentric height 8.7 ft / 2.7 m
 Roll period: 18.5 seconds
 Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 61 %
   - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.74
 Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.21

Hull form characteristics:
 Hull has a flush deck
 Block coefficient: 0.709
 Length to Beam Ratio: 5.85 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 27.57 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 52 %
 Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 3.00 degrees
