A 1942 German very large battlecruiser

I have a sketch and specification for a very large German battlecruiser. I date it as 1942. The specification originally gave the ship a 46ft-2in draft, which I have greatly reduced, as a large draft is too great of a problem. The basic specification is for a 35-knot ship of 120,000 tons normal displacement. The main armament is the usual 9-21in guns. In this case, the secondary armament is single-purpose, being 18-6in QF guns in six triple turrets. The heavy AA armament is 18-4in AA guns in triple mounts, as well. The light AA is substandard with only 28-40mm and 6-20mm. The belt is only 12in. The armament has 16in armor, however. This is the Springsharp report:
